Today we were all up around 5:00 am thinking that it was later. At 8:30 we took a tour of the orphanage. As we were standing waiting for our tour a little boy came flying down this small hill sitting on a skateboard laughing the whole way down. We all immediately turned around and watched another kind come flying down. We were told that this is a new thing and a lot of the little boys were doing this. It was fun to watch!

We were all so amazed by how well they run the orphanage. All the older kids were in their dorms cleaning. It was spotless!

After our tour we loaded up all the lumber and headed to the valley to start building the house. We met Janet, the owner and her children Jesus and Stephanie. We began building and by the end of the day we had all four exterior walls built and the interior divider wall. It will be a 3 bedroom 1 bath house. We had a great day!

As each wall went up we were all so amazed by what we were doing. None of us are carpenters, we are ordinary people trying to bring a little bit of heaven to this family. It made us all realize that you don't have to be skilled in any one thing. God can use anyone who is willing to say yes to him and to what he is doing.
